Charles E Phillip Foundation was established on January 31, 2024, ten days after his unexpected death. It was publicly launched at his funeral service on February 1, 2024

The foundation is dedicated to fostering innovation, empowerment, and advancement in communities in St.Kitts-Nevis. By supporting educational initiatives, and equal opportunities, it strives to create a nation where any individual and/or nonprofit organization can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

The Foundation has outlined several initiatives aimed at fostering community development and supporting individualized programs. These efforts are aligned with the vision to perpetuate the memory and values of Charles Ebenezer Phillip, ensuring his influence remains a guiding light in the lives of many. From scholarships to health initiatives, non-profit organization support and emergency needs, each project is carefully tailored to create pathways to opportunity and hope for citizens or residents of St. Kitts-Nevis.
